Many clients use our secret shopping methods – often as a preliminary stage before the development proper starts. We're fully versed in all methods of shopping in this way, including audio and video data gathering. And we're experts in interpreting this data to bring you relevant, usable insights.
Potentio can also create and manage your own Online Learning Resource. This is a platform in which we can upload articles, exercises and further coaching expertise. It achieves one of our principle goals: extending the learning away from the classroom and into e-learning and service for long-term, sustainable results. It also provides a more informal method for colleagues to share ideas, best practice and development know-how that can be lost if left until the classroom.
Finally, and if so desired, all of our courses come with a three-months follow-up session. This is a way for the client to increase their performance by being 'coached' by phone, or email, or in person, on any aspect of their role or that of their team.
